· Enhanced application communication and process standardization by authoring and documenting processes for engineering and implementation of NT application and database servers.
· Consulted on the design of a Web-based e-commerce solution involving emissions ticket trading between all corporate plants and refineries.
· Prototyped a corporate webtop for web application hosting using web published applications on Windows Terminal Server and Citrix Metaframe.
· Designed and implemented an Intranet web presence for the Global Host Services organization.
· Customized the user interface for an Internet portal prototype using Sun Microsystems’ iPlanet software.

Ongoing client-side support for a 1200 user client base.
· Designed and implemented an Intranet web presence for the Tulsa Customer Service organization, supporting 3600 clients. This provided clients with news and information, as well as acting as an interface between the clients and customer service.
· Authored a process to integrate an original OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) operating system distribution with the corporate standard computing environment, decreasing deployment time (from 2 hours down to a time of 45 minutes) and preserving the reliability of OEM hardware drivers and software configurations.
· Lead team of seven in deployment of corporate standard computing environment to 1200 desktops.
· Member of the Mobile Computing Standards committee.
